TPM, in conjunction with the BON Group, offer free quenchant analysis in BON Group’s modern laboratory in Stuttgart. Because of the increasing interest in quality control, the number of samples sent in for analysis is growing rapidly. To avoid undue delay, we have made the following recommendations of returned products:
Please request an RMA in advance by email completing the form at the end of this page or by emailing info@thermalprocessmanagement.com.
Then please follow these instructions:
– Make sure that we get 1 litre of the quenchant.
– Taken at working temperature with agitation on.
– Filled in a new plastic bottle.
– Labelled with data regarding type/brand name of quenchant, quench installation, date of sampling and reason for analysis, i.e. problems with process or distortion etc.
Please send by express to avoid chemical change of the returned sample.
Please appreciate that we shall reject respectively dispose of all samples sent with low volume, sent in used beverage bottles or without information on the type of quenchant.
